Returns & Refunds

Our jewellery is hand made to order so please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of some items. If your order is urgent and required for a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

We shall be under no liability for any delay in delivery or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. If the parcel / product is lost or found to be damaged upon receipt then Royal Mail and Abigail´s Bead Company must be informed without delay and any damaged item(s) returned to us for replacement.

Postage & packaging

All jewellery is gift wrapped and presented in a gift box, complete with a branded ribbon embellishment. Postage (within the UK) ranges from £3.50 to £4.95

Returns & refunds

You can return any Abigail’s Bead Company item for a refund at the price you purchased your item by letting us know within 14 calendar days of receipt and then returning the item to us within 28 days of receipt. This includes sale items.

How to return an item
Include your full name, your order number, and your reason for return. We will then reply to your email with return instructions. Please note, we would appreciate all returns to be made in the original packaging.
