Representation and Specification of Goods

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item. Due to the limitations of colour display your screen may not show exactly the correct colour of the product being viewed. Your attention is drawn to the item description where specific product details are given. This information is given in good faith but total accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Terms of payment

We accept payments via paypal and credit/debit cards. If you would like to pay by cheque, or BACS transfer, please get in touch for details using our contact form. Products will not be dispatched to you until payment has been confirmed as valid and lawful and made in full. All prices are quoted in (£) Sterling and include VAT. All quoted prices exclude delivery charges.

Delivery and Postage

Our jewellery is hand made to order so please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of some items. If your order is urgent and required for a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs. We shall be under no liability for any delay in delivery or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. If the parcel / product is lost or found to be damaged upon receipt then Royal Mail and Abigail´s Bead Company must be informed without delay and any damaged item(s) returned to us for replacement.

Postage and packaging will be charged at £4.20 for UK orders (Royal Mail Signed for service). This excludes our bespoke service. Postage and packaging to Europe and internationally is charged at a higher rate as follows:

Europe – Royal Mail 1st class signed for (up to 5 working days delivery) £9.50
Worldwide – Royal Mail 1st class signed for (up to 5 working days delivery) £14.00

Returns policy

At no cost to the customer Abigail´s Bead Company will replace or correct goods damaged in transit providing we receive written notification of such damage within 10 days of the date of posting but not otherwise.

In the unlikely event that you should need to cancel an order, please email us at info@abigailsbeadcompany.com. Please ensure that you include the following information: Customer name, order number, date of order. If your order has already been dispatched you can return any item to us within 7 days of posting. We recommend using Special Delivery as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds will be made to the original payment method minus post and packaging.

We may refuse a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
